The largest apartment with air-conditioning is found in the first floor. The terrace with sea view contains a sunshade, a table and six stools.

The 62m² big apartment has two rooms and a bathroom with a bath tub, a sink and a toilette. Both rooms have a double-bed. Another bed (single-bed) and a middle-sized kitchen are in the central part of the apartment. The equipment is in an excellent condition and will cause no problems.

The kitchen contains different kitchen-fittings, a combined gas and electric stove and a refrigerator (250 l volume) with a build in deep freezer.
